How Fellowship Connection Works

How Fellowship Connect Works

A connection group and leader are established within participating Organizations and groups. Fellowship Connect provides an informational questionnaire to be filled out by the person at the facility. FC will attempt to link them to the type of groups and organizations they have shown a preference for on this questionnaire. Information will be forwarded to local connection group leaders in these different organizations. A welcome card will be sent from those groups to the applicant to establish correspondence. The connection group will have an established method of follow-up to ensure consistency. A suggested process of follow-up and guidelines and Masters of all necessary forms and cards will be provided to each organization or group.
