IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that your religious community must have leadership and teams in place facilitating the Fellowship Connect process with inmates in order to have a link from this website. We WILL NOT discriminate against any particular religious community, but we WILL NOT link to any non-participating ministries or groups. The purpose of this ministry is to build up the lives of participating inmates, and help participating groups to accomplish that. Religious communities will be grouped together in commonly known groups. Fellowship Connect will provide one link each to those commonly known groups. It is the individual religious communities responsiblilities to create or provide pages including links to their own resources.
Fellowship Connect's leadership is a group of correctional employees who see a great need for groups, agencies and organizations within the community to be available as resources for those leaving incarceration. The leadership group comes from various Religious backgrounds. This page is provided as an immediate link to local religious communities on the internet. Information collected from participating groups, which is used in the actual connection process, is not included on any pages of this website that are accessible by the public.
This page is intended for those who consider themselves a part of a particular religious communities and have FC Teams created to participate in the connection process. The same links can be found in any search engine on the internet. These are only for informational purposes and the organizations that are linked from each particular community do not necessarily have any direct affiliation with Fellowship Connect.
There is a short description of each community this page links to, so people may CHOOSE according to their own beliefs.
If there are other religious sources that wish to have a link from this location to their specific informational pages about their particular religious community, Fellowship Connect will link to those sources in compliance with State Policy for unbiased religious programming and other state and federal statutes. Your Religious Community must have leadership and teams in place for the facilitation of the Fellowship Connect Process to be linked to this page.
The process is very simple. You need five people committed to the process. You must be a valid organization. You must fill out the application on this website. Then we will link inmates to you IF THEY CHOOSE TO BE LINKED TO YOUR RELIGIOUS GROUP on their application. Fellowship Connect has no part in the choices that they make on their application, and the application is comprehensive enough to narrow down the type of religious groups they are interested in being linked with. Fellowship Connect will not link to any group that is not recognized as an organized religion.
Fellowship Connect does not necessarily endorse the specific views of organizations or groups within the religious communities we work with, but is providing these links in compliance with State Policy for unbiased religious programming and other state and federal statutes. Because this website can be directly accessed and accept applications from inmates while they are incarcerated, it is required that this ministry makes various religious sources available for those inmates to choose on their applications.
